My stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs De Zermatt was quite nice, though it had its ups and downs. The breakfast buffet offered an very nice variety, and the view from my room of the stunning nearby peaks was beautiful. However, the staff's handling of certain situations left something to be desired. While I enjoyed the spa facilities, which included a fantastic indoor/outdoor heated pool, the overall service could be inconsistent at times, impacting the experience.
